Do Something Saturdays

Join us every second Saturday of the month for fun, experimental and free family workshops!

This month you are invited to a creative and fun session focused on imagination and storytelling, inspired by the current exhibition by Sahjan Kooner. You will enter the world (and set) of Sahjan’s fantasy film darkforest to make an offering to the forest and to write your own darkforest-inspired film plot, before joining us inside an infinity-symbol-shaped structure to play The Zone of Ghosts board game.

Our free family-friendly workshops encourage imagination and innovation in a warm, playful environment. Whether your child is a budding game designer, artist or simply curious about technology, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Getting here When you arrive at FACT, please let a member of our Front of House team know that you're here for Do Something Saturdays. They'll accompany you to the lift and help you enter the code that will whisk you up to the third floor of the building, where you'll find Studio/Lab.
