Hands-on teen cooking workshop on nutrition with career chat led by dietitian Christine Sinclair
Come hang out in the nutrition lab with Christine Sinclair, MA, MS, RD, LDN and cook up delicious tacos with students just like you!
We’ll chat about our dream careers while cooking together and learning about healthy components of tacos, salsa, and dips. There will be non-meat options as well.
You’ll also learn more about the different career paths in nutrition.

Christine Sinclair, RD, LDN leads community engagement, partnerships and health and wellness programs and initiatives for Stop & Shop in the Grove Hall and Boston areas. As a registered dietitian nutritionist, she is an advocate for cultural integration and community nutrition and has a passion for addressing chronic conditions through a food as medicine approach. She enjoys offering cooking demonstrations, developing and delivering nutrition programs, and partnering with customers on creating a plan for healthful eating for life all while encouraging them to reach other life goals through a healthy lifestyle lens.
