COMEDY UNDERGROUND: English Standup Under Markthalle Neun

Experience a taste of Europe’s comedy capital every Wednesday. Hosted by local favorite Pat Moore and featuring some of the best local and visiting comedians. Don’t miss it! Join us for a night of hilarious English stand-up comedy in one of the coolest venues in Kreuzberg: Bar Neun, directly below the iconic Markthalle Neun. Enjoy a great mix of Berlin’s international and experienced comedians testing new material.

This is a small basement show with limited seating. Please only reserve if you plan to attend. The show is pay-what-you-want at the end; recommended payment €10–15 (cash and card accepted). We use this model because we believe comedy should be available to everybody, and we count on people with higher incomes to help supplement students or those who are underemployed.

DO I NEED TO RESERVE? Yes… but also no. Seating is limited, and the only way to guarantee entry is with a seat reservation. Although there may be a few limited spots available on the night, reservations will only be honored until ten minutes before showtime.
