Weekly drop-in sensory-friendly session for children aged 7–12 at the Central Library offering quiet activities and calming space
Do you feel a little overwhelmed in busy spaces? Are you seeking a comfy space that's friendly to your senses? If so, come join us for Children's Sensory Hour!
This drop-in program offers a calm, quiet, and darker space for you to read, colour, stretch, or just hang out. Fidget toys, comfortable seating, and small independent activities will be offered, but we encourage you to bring your own book or activity to work on in a calm and comforting space.
