Children's Art Workshop

Join us for a fun packed day of art and creativity! Age 7 - 12 10.30am - 3pm A hands-on art workshop designed for kids aged 7–12 years, Through painting, drawing, printing, and experimental approaches to materials, participants will explore new ways of creating and expressing themselves. Children will be encouraged to work from their imagination as well as visual resources, discovering how different techniques and tools can transform ideas into vibrant, unique artworks. This workshop celebrates curiosity, experimentation, and the joy of making art in a playful, supportive environment. Please ensure your child wears old clothes or brings an apron, as activities may be messy. The workshop is led by Emma-Jayne Emmott, a qualified teacher and workshop provider. Emma-Jayne also runs regular classes from her art studio, 'The Drawing Room' here at The Courthouse. Packed lunch required. Please buy 1 ticket per child attending. Parents/carers do not need to stay.
