ChiChi CHAIR is specifically for individuals with limited mobility who have complications standing during fitness. Ideal for the elderly, wheelchair users, those suffering from obesity and those rehabilitating after injury.
ChiChi CHAIR provides a great low-impact way to keep moving.
Venue Octagon Theatre Yeovil 13:00–14:00 weekly. Teacher Tracy Rock. Price £7 per session; 5% discount for bookings of 10 or more sessions.
