Weekly chair yoga class (seated/standing) led by a certified instructor to improve balance and flexibility
Did you know that chair yoga is a great way for older adults to improve balance, increase flexibility, protect joints and reduce stress? Follow along as a certified instructor teaches various poses that you practice while seated or standing behind the chair. Please wear comfortable clothing.
