Our Mobile Team will be at Miramar Branch Library to assist homeowners with filing for the Homestead Exemption that can help reduce property taxes. They will also help homeowners apply for additional exemptions they may qualify for such as Widow, Low Income Senior, Disability, and Veteran exemptions.

Staff will assist homeowners with signing up for the free Owner Alert Service to notify owners if any changes are made to their deed, a protection against deed fraud. Lastly, the team will answer assessment‑related questions homeowners may have.
