A free Osteoporosis Canada talk on improving bone health, nutrition, activity and fall prevention for adults
At least 1 in 3 women and 1 in 5 men will suffer from a fragility fracture in their lifetime. Join a volunteer facilitator from Osteoporosis Canada and learn how to improve your bone health, reduce your risk of osteoporosis and related fractures by exploring the following:
• What you need to know about bone health and osteoporosis • The risk of fracturing a bone • How to maintain healthy bones • Impact of nutrition & physical activity, fall prevention
Presentations are delivered by trained volunteers on behalf of Osteoporosis Canada.
