Weekly Bollywood dance class for adults focusing on technique, coordination and fun to film music
Class description: Targets coordination, hand and wrist mobility, and cardio. Bollywood dance, originating from the Hindi film industry, draws on Indian classical dance, folk forms and Western pop influences and is known for storytelling, costumes, gestures and strong visualisation. The session begins with a warm up and basic stretches, introduces a short sequence to learn, then finishes with a cool down. The class is suitable for all levels; the main objective is to have fun with great music and people.
Who is it for? Adults of all ages and abilities.
What should I wear? Comfortable clothing. Socks or bare feet.
What do I need to bring? Water.

As the term settles classes may be a little sporadic at first; organisers hope to run consecutive weeks from June.
