Starting from the rocky outcrop known as “The Bluff” at Mooloolaba Spit, swimmers hug the coastline and let the ocean do its thing, gliding south with the prevailing current, past golden beaches, rolling waves, and cheering beachgoers, all the way to the welcoming flags at Alexandra Headland Surf Club.

This is a swim about rhythm and flow. No buoys to lap around, just a natural ocean track and the thrill of going from one iconic beach to another.
