Monthly drop-in session at Toronto Reference Library to get help with Rent-Geared-to-Income housing applications and eligibility

Do you need information about applying for Rent-Geared-to-Income Housing or assistance with your application? Join Margaret's Housing and Community Support Services staff for drop-in sessions on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, from 2–4pm.

This session will cover:

• An overview of the RGI application process • Eligibility requirements • Steps for submitting and updating applications • Information on priority access • The choice-based cycle housing offer process and the Single Offer Rule • Financial assistance programs to help tenants/home owners

Whether you are a first-time applicant or seeking assistance with an existing application, this session will empower you with the knowledge needed to navigate the Rent Geared to Income housing system.

Presented by Margaret's Housing and Community Support Services, a multi-service agency that provides housing options to women living with mental illness and substance abuse, and community-based support services for individuals experiencing intersectional issues tied to mental health challenges and homelessness.

Please arrive a few minutes early.
