Small, raw music room in Chicago for loud nights and sweaty mosh pits. Mostly rock, punk and metal bills, plus club-style aftershows. Lots of album-release gigs and touring underground bands. Cheap tickets, late sets, energetic crowd.

The Burlington programs back-to-back live rock shows, punk bills and heavier sets with a steady stream of album-release nights. Lineups mix local projects and touring underground acts, from garage and indie rock to hardcore and metal. Shows often feel immediate and unpolished, which is the point. Expect an intimate room, standing crowd and late finishes. It’s the sort of place you go for loud live music, cheap drinks and to discover bands before they hit bigger venues. Good for catching a stacked four-band bill and staying for the afterparty.
