Weekly FLINTA-centred self‑defence class mixing martial techniques, fitness and conditioning in a shielded room
Using your body however you can and keeping resistant is key in oppressive times.
Come train with us!! We centre a FLINTA experience, because this group is disproportionally affected by violence in our streets and homes, but all bodies are welcome.
Every week a different trainer gives a free self-defense session. We source from our own martial arts backgrounds and add what the group would enjoy that day. Each session includes some fitness exercises, basic self-defense moves, conditioning and occasionally sparring. Sometimes we finish at 20:30 and sometimes later.
The room is shielded from view and we have gloves and mats on site, so you'll only need to bring some sporty clothes and water.
