Learning Circle: Mahjong for Beginners

Join us for this 3-week Learning Circle as we explore the game of Mahjong with instructor Susan Currant. No prior experience needed and all materials will be provided for play.

Week 1 - Learn the tiles, mahjong rules, and how to build a hand.

Week 2 - Review of tiles and rules. Learn the Charleston and play your first game.

Week 3 - Practice playing full games and time for questions.

What is a Learning Circle?

A Learning Circle is a free, lightly facilitated group of learners coming together to achieve educational goals on a variety of topics. A Learning Circle is akin to a book group with a goal of exploring a new topic or skill.
