Monthly meet-up for knitters and crocheters to share projects and collect donations for Casting Off the Cold
Do you like to knit or crochet? Come join our knitting circle!
This knitting circle is run in partnership with Casting Off the Cold, a volunteer organization that collects hand-knitted and crocheted blankets, hats, scarves, mitts, baby clothes and similar items to donate to charities in York Region that support people in need. The group has been donating annually since 2006. Members knit at home and meet once a month to show and collect completed projects which are donated in the autumn. Any interested knitter or crocheter is welcome to join.
