FORCE continues to explore the further possibilities of electronic music. Built on the belief that wordless music can communicate what words cannot, its unwavering circle of co-creation continues to expand. On Friday, July 31, FORCE will mark its 49th edition at WOMB. Headlining the 2F – FORCE FLOOR is Australian-born, London-based DJ and producer ZARA. Her psychoactive sense of adventure is rooted in Australia’s outdoor rave culture. Unafraid of the unpredictable, her sets move across techno, trance, and drum & bass, creating a sound world entirely her own. Her organically shifting sound will bring a new balance to FORCE. Joining her is Herbalistek, the producer/DJ duo at the core of Japan’s experimental bass scene, known for expressing shape-shifting rhythms with psychedelic intensity. Closing the floor is FORCE resident YUKIMASA. Visuals by NAOTO TSUJITA, based at YEBISU YA PRO in Okayama and active nationwide, will further heighten the tension of the sound design by Ryosuke Tsuchiya. On 4F, DJ duo ZUNDOKO DISCO, consisting of BOW and SISINOBU, will deliver an All Night Long set. Having captivated audiences in a wide range of settings, they promise a dancefloor experience beyond genre boundaries. From open to close, this floor offers a rare chance to fully immerse yourself in their carefully constructed journey. 1F – NOĒMA Floor brings together three DJs who deeply and intuitively understand the context FORCE has built so far, alongside two DJs who will bring fresh energy to the floor. Shinsuke Goto, who hosts AFTER LIFE every other month at Mitsuki, stands as one of the driving forces of the Tokyo scene. comm draws listeners into a cult-like atmosphere through his distinctive sound and deep originality shaped by a clear artistic vision. French rising artist Alohn, who has performed at festivals beloved by dedicated music freaks such as La Nature Festival and Refractor, makes his Japan debut.
