Dancing with death

What would you do, who would you be if you knew you have only one more year, one more month, one more day to live?

In this conscious dance retreat, we dare to ask: What happens when we bring our awareness to our own mortality and move with everything that comes up? When we stop sleepwalking through our life, pretending there is no end. When we wake up and look at the circle of life where birth and death meet.

Through movement, dance and rituals we explore our feelings around death. We want to get to know death not as some malign power we must fear, but as a benevolent force which can become a friend, a teacher.
