Coping with Grief
A supportive monthly drop‑in group for adults to share and process grief, facilitated by Melody West
This is a compassionate and supportive space for adults navigating grief, loss, and life transitions. Participants are invited to share, reflect, and connect with others who understand the many forms grief can take.
Common losses include loved ones, health, relationships, pets, career changes, and other significant life transitions.
All are welcome, wherever they are on their grief journey.
Facilitated by Melody West, ARM, CPCC, PMC, PCC, Grief and End of Life Coach.
Registration is suggested, not required. It's okay to just show up!
To request a sign language interpreter, complete the online form or contact your local library at least two weeks prior to the library event. Interpreters will be provided based on availability.
