Circus Skills Classes
8-week circus skills course for people over 50 with gentle exercise, tailored support and social break
The excellent instructors from Bristol’s Circomedia are running another 8 weeks of Circus Skills classes for over 50s in South Bristol. Previous participants have loved that the classes are a fun way to learn new skills (diablo, juggling, plate spinning, hula hooping, flower sticks and much more) while getting gentle exercise and making new friends.
Sessions are tailored to individual needs: if you need to stay seated you can, and if you need some time out that’s fine. There is a refreshment break to get to know each other.
You don’t need to attend all 8 sessions but you must pre-book as places are limited. Call 0117 377 2252 or email to book. Your first session is free; after that the price is £5 per session.
