Care Grows Here is a monthly wellness experience designed for Black and Brown non-profit leaders, social justice activists and creatives navigating stress and burnout.
June is Men's Health Month. This month, we'll explore how expectations, stress, caregiving, leadership, relationships, and the weight of these times impact our overall well-being while creating space for everyone to reflect on what it means to care for ourselves and one another.
This month's offering is inspired by Men's Health Month and open to all.
Through guided mindfulness practices, relaxation, movement and connection, participants gain self-care tools for wholeness, healing, and sustainable wellbeing.
