Boba Drink Making Workshop

Chef Yumiko leads a hands-on workshop to make the popular Asian beverage Brown Sugar Oat Milk with Boba. Participants will learn to prepare and use the classic ingredients including oat milk and tapioca pearls to make this visually pleasing and sweet drink.

Chef Yumiko will also provide a brief history of boba and why it's so popular globally.
