Accessible Yoga (Special Needs Friendly)

This program is designed for Neurodivergent Adults, but open to anyone who has accessiblity issues or would like to try Yoga for the first time. Please bring a yoga mat or towel.

Dana Leipold has been teaching yoga at Castro Valley Yoga/Prana Yoga and Wellbeing for six years and is currently enrolled in an Accessible Yoga Teacher training.
