Matt Forde, fresh from wrapping up his biggest tour yet and a second series of The Matt Forde Focus Group on BBC R4, is a leading political comedian and satirist (The Royal Variety Performance, Spitting Image, HIGNFY, British Scandal). He embarks on a mission with impossible odds: find joy amid global political turmoil, the rising tide of populism, and his own ongoing health challenges — several years on from a bone cancer diagnosis.

Sara Barron is one of the fastest-rising comedians of her generation. Since her 2018 debut at the Edinburgh Fringe, she’s starred on shows including Live at the Apollo (BBC), Would I Lie to You? (BBC) and Frankie Boyle’s New World Order (BBC).
