Vondré is an alternative rock band emerging from Mexico’s underground rock scene, led by Ana Cristina Espinosa. Inspired by the grunge and shoegaze movement of the 1990s and fused with modern strains of rock, the band explores themes of identity, social tension, and darker emotional landscapes.

Known for their energetic presence, Vondré connects with audiences through intense live performances and deeply emotional songs. The band has shared stages with acts such as Placebo, Evanescence, Nothing, Deap Valley, Death Valley Girls, Holy Wave, Triángulo de Amor Bizarro, The Paranoyds, Billy Glitter and The Bright Light Social Hour.

Oscillating between shoegaze and grunge, Vondré presents 00:00, their second studio album—set in the liminal space between night and day, where everything shifts between what ends and what begins. 00:00 is a portal confronting the void, melancholy, and transformation head-on. Through ethereal yet powerful soundscapes, the album reveals both vulnerability and strength. Its lyrics delve into mental health, the search for identity, beauty within chaos, and self-acceptance.
