A free oceanography arts-and-crafts program for teens at La Puente Library (guardian consent and participant data required)
This program is funded by the County of Los Angeles Probation Department through the Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act (JJCPA). The JJCPA and Probation Department require the collection of data on program participants, including full name, date of birth, ethnicity, gender, zip code, and signature. Guardian consent is also required to participate.
