Mumbles

Cambridge-spawned, Manchester-based Mumbles are an uncontainable force of super-honest, overtly complex indie-rock – like a mento labelled “feelings” being dropped into a bottle of diet cola-slash-second wave emo. Blending deep melancholy with breakneck shred, defiant positivity with lunging melody, and primal rage with squalling woodwind, the trio bring semi-feral energy into a post-post-post-punk format whilst trying to make sense of a world that has apparently lost all grip on rational meaning.
