In recognition of upcoming National Senior Citizens Day · Lectures and Discussions · Health and Wellness · Disability Interest · Older Adult · Adult

In recognition of upcoming National Senior Citizens Day, come join us to recognize the signs of dementia and discover tips on the ways to communicate with a loved one who has dementia. This program is part of Montgomery County's Dementia Friendly initiative, which aims to make our community "dementia friendly", meaning all members of society are welcoming and understanding of what dementia is, what it looks like, and how to interact and keep those with dementia continued valued members of society. The presentation is provided by volunteers from the Aging and Disability Services, Area Agency on Aging, Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services.
