Chair Yoga Class

Drop-in chair yoga classes led by a certified Yoga instructor.

No registration needed, but the number of participants may need to be limited as space allows.

About the instructor: Marie is a Certified Yoga Instructor (200-hour), with complementary training in Chair Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga and Childrens’ Yoga. She is also a Certified Mindfulness Coach. Her classes blend movement, breathwork, meditation and music into a complete practice that encourages students to move their bodies safely and calm their minds through focused attention on their breathing. With the belief that yoga is for EVERY body, and through her years teaching students of all ages and abilities, Marie creates a welcoming environment where each student is encouraged to work to their own potential.
