Caring for a family member or friend is rewarding but can also be demanding and challenging. If you are a caregiver in the Eastern HRM, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Caregivers Nova Scotia invites you to join a monthly support group that is a safe, confidential space to connect with others who truly understand the challenges and joys of caregiving.
