Babysitter Training with Safety Side Up

This Safety Side Up course provides discussion, activities and hands-on practice to increase your confidence and give you the skills you need to be the best babysitter possible. It covers safely finding and preparing for a babysitting job, caring for kids of all ages, dealing with difficult situations, preparing safe and fun activities, making safe choices and basic first aid.

This is a two-day training. To earn Babysitting Certification, participants must meet the following requirements:

• Be 11-17 years old.

• Attend both sessions: July 16th and 17th, from 1 - 5pm each day.

• Arrive on time, stay for the full duration, and actively take part while demonstrating the qualities of a responsible babysitter.

• Register before attending - registration opens on June 27, 2026.
