Youth and their caregivers. Some Minnesota animals have reputations they do not deserve. This program investigates why some animals are considered “unlovable,” and includes a live snake, spider, salamander, and owl. The live animals and artifacts introduce the natural history of these “unlikeable” animals focusing on identification, adaptations, and behavior. Collaborator: Wildlife Science Center. Sponsor: Friends of the Hennepin County Library.
