Newborn & Me Sound Bath

This is an invitation for caregivers and their very young children to relax and unwind. Older children who are siblings of children ages 0-12 are welcome as long as they can respect the quiet environment. Please bring a mat, blanket, or towel for you and your child to lie down on. Chairs will be available if that is more comfortable for you and room will be made for children who prefer their strollers.
