A one-night DJ competition in The Mockbee's industrial tunnel with eight Midwest DJs and a lobby gallery reception

WRESTLE brings eight DJs from across the Midwest together for one night in the Mockbee's industrial tunnel space, competing head to head: grav3yard and pureapathi (Cincinnati), Elii3 and Pharmacy Girl (Louisville), Dr Coop and vglyslvt (Dayton), and DJ Matriarch and ABSONO (Chicago).
From 8–10pm, the Mockbee's lobby will be a gallery featuring work from Amelia Barrolle, Chloe Harthan, Elan Warren, Gibson Chidel, Hugo Zelada Romero, Macgregor Salmon, and Ryan Roberts, alongside a reception with vendors offering haircuts and tooth gems, before the main space opens up for the DJ competition.
[name] gallery is a curatorial project, co-directed by Jacob Romero and Ixmati Estefania-Walker, that places artists from across the country in unconventional venues, blurring the line between gallery and nightlife.
