Introduction to Ballet (Monday)

A friendly beginner introduction to classical ballet techniques and posture suitable for adults and older teens. The session covers basic barre work, simple centre practice and posture alignment, led by a local dance instructor in the Eastgate Theatre & Arts Centre. Wear comfortable clothing and soft shoes or socks.

Please check with the venue for any booking requirements and arrival time. The Eastgate is a small theatre with good acoustics and easy access from Peebles town centre.
