Please join us as Stanford Health Care Sleep Specialist Dr. Kin Min Yuen shares information that may help you get to sleep and stay asleep.
Her presentation will include information about:
• The stages of sleep • Sleep’s impact on our overall health • Common disorders that impact sleep • Medications and sleep
About our Presenter
Dr. Kin Min Yuen is a board-certified, fellowship-trained sleep medicine specialist with Stanford Health Care. She is also a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Division of Sleep Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Yuen specializes in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders in adults and children older than 3 years old.
