Behind the roll-up door of a warehouse off a nameless dirt road in farm country near Austin, TX, Fervence is quietly building something special. The 5-piece progressive metalcore band hails from Reno, NV, but last summer, in perhaps the most “Nevada” move of all, the band decided to put all their chips on the table, roll the dice, and relocate from The Biggest Little City to one of the fastest growing cities in the country - Austin, TX.
A risky bet for sure, but one that has paid off in spades. Inspired by bands like Deftones, Architects, and Silent Planet, the Fervence sound is an ethereal blend of harsh and lush, navigating between moments of sheer aggression and poignant vulnerability.
