
Family Yoga
Inclusive family yoga class with simple postures and mindfulness, for ages 6+ at Dublin Library
Learn easy yoga postures and mindfulness skills.
Feeling stressed? Try yoga! Beginners and children over 6 years old are welcome.
How to prepare for class:
• Come with an empty stomach • Wear comfortable loose clothing • Please bring your own yoga mat & water bottle. A mat may be free to borrow during the class if the supply lasts.
No registration required. You must sign an activity waiver at the start of the class.
This event repeats on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month.
About the instructor:
Vinutha Kornaya is a certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and Ayurvedic Practitioner. She draws from ancient wisdom to aid healing and well-being. Her methods mix movement, breath, relaxation and lifestyle guidance. She creates a compassionate space for people of all abilities and ages to reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and thrive.
