Family Dance Hour

Family Dance Hour is a fun, simple dance class for families to experience together at the library. The program is fully interactive and designed for all ability levels, with every movement easily adapted for either standing or seated participation. Parents or guardians are encouraged to join in with their kids, following the instructor’s movements to upbeat music.

Depending on the length and detail of the dance, a new choreography may be taught each week, or a single routine may be built upon over several weeks. Each session lasts approximately one hour, beginning with a quick warm-up to stretch and concluding with a relaxing cool-down.

First time attendees will have to sign an exercise waiver.
