Fall Sensory Play Day
Drop-in fall sensory play hour for toddlers and preschoolers with stations for hands-on exploration
Come join us for a fun fall sensory play hour at the library!
Sensory play helps children of all ages and abilities develop motor skills and cognitive skills, promotes language development, and provides opportunities for social interaction.
We will provide stations with a variety of materials for children to touch, scoop, stack, and move their bodies. Children can visit stations at their own pace.
This event is intended for toddlers, preschoolers, and their caregivers, but anyone is welcome. Adult supervision for young children is required as some of the materials can present choking hazards.
No registration is needed. Drop in at any time during the event.
To request a sign language interpreter, complete the online form or contact your local library at least two weeks prior to the library event. Interpreters will be provided based on availability.
