Come and get techie: Green Square Library

Join us weekly in the libraries for free one-on-one sessions with a library team member. Sessions run for a maximum of 25 minutes.

Bookings are recommended as places are limited. Bring your own device (smartphone, iPad, tablet, laptop) or use one of the library computers.

Library team members will assist with basic support with library technology, library databases and apps, and as detailed by the Australian Government’s Office of eSafety’s Be Connected program including basic device use, basic app/software use, basic internet searching, basic email assistance, basic online safety, basic online forms and how to use the Be Connected website and access the free online courses.

Our team members are unable to assist with more in-depth issues including job applications, online training courses/inductions, school or university coursework, completing online forms outside Be Connected, intermediate or advanced-level training, buying and selling online, building websites, banking, finance and legal documents.
