See a live demonstration of pressure canning. Bring all your questions! We will discuss dehydration, freeze drying, water bath canning, and pressure canning plus which method to use for your harvest. We will talk about supplies and equipment to make your processes easier. Discover how easy it is to can meat, fish, soup, and broths. You will leave with the confidence to preserve your harvest.
