
Bone Builders — Class A
Twice-weekly one-hour strength and balance classes for Montgomery County residents aged 55+ (Jun 24–Aug 19)
One hour exercise classes for people over 55 held twice a week.
These classes are designed to:
• Increase muscular strength and bone density
• Improve balance
• Enhance energy and wellbeing
With the use of ankle and hand weights, participants engage in warm-up, cool-down and balance and postural exercises.
REGISTRATION:
• When enrolling, you are signing up for ALL classes in this 3 months session starting JUNE 24 and ending AUGUST 19, 2026.
• This event is part of a THREE month session.
• Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:00 pm.
• Bone Builders has a strict attendance policy. Participants must consistently attend twice per week to maintain their place in the class.
• No shows/no calls to the first two classes will result in being dropped from the program.
• Missing more than 4 classes during the session (for any reason) will result in being dropped from the program.
• Hand weights are provided. Participants may bring their own hand and ankle weights.
• For adults 55 and older.
• Must be a resident of Montgomery County.
