Ask a Social Worker

Ask a Social Worker is a designated timeframe when a social worker will be available to provide walk-in services to library patrons. During these times the social worker on-site can assist with applying for government benefits, obtaining housing or rental assistance, and issuing homeless identification letters. They can also provide information about local resources for unhoused patrons.

This is a drop-in service for adults. No appointment is necessary; check the Kirkwood Branch Library for any updates or holiday closures.
