Advanced AI for Engineers
A technical meetup by anecdotes, built for engineers who are past the basics and want to talk about what it actually takes to ship AI products to production. You know your way around models. You've tuned your own setup and you switch between them for each task. This event is for what comes next: can you actually ship AI products to production?
At anecdotes, we build enterprise-grade AI products. We'll walk you through genuinely hard AI problems we encountered, the approaches we considered, what broke, and what we'd do differently. Then we go deeper: how to build good agents and and get them to production.
Talks
Building excellent agents, end to end
Most agent demos work once. Then they hit production and fall apart. This talk covers how to build agents that hold up: from the first hard problem through architecture, the things that broke, and what good evaluation actually looks like in practice.
Sahar Carmel, Director of AI Enablement and founder of CandleKeep and SquidClub. Sahar embeds AI into companies of every size, and built analyst agents at Mixtiles running 24/7 in production. Technion-trained, a speaker at LangTalks, and one of the people who actually knows what shipping agents at scale looks like.
Breaking a hard problem into a real AI product
How do you deal with messy unstructured data when the cost of being wrong is high? This talk takes you under the hood of how we turned that into real, agentic products: the architecture, the grounding and retrieval problems on enterprise data, how we evaluate them, what broke, and what it actually took to ship. We'll cover how we keep humans in the loop and how to push for deterministic answers in a probabilistic system.
Alon Elishkov Harel, Core Team Lead at anecdotes. Alon leads the Core team building our enterprise GRC platform. Ex-Meta, and Outbrain. Technically deep on shipping hard data and AI problems to production.
Asaf Salomon, Senior AI Innovation Engineer at anecdotes. Asaf has over 15 years of experience with deep hands-on work in RAG, retrieval, and running multi-agent workflows in production.
๐ You're probably reading this from a desk 200 meters away. That's the point! cross the road, grab a drink, and spend an evening talking real engineering with the people building the same things you are.
