Advanced Ballet
A 90-minute advanced ballet class at Dance City focusing on barre, centre work and Allegro for adults 18+
Advanced Ballet is a more challenging class for more advanced dancers 18+. In the 1.5 hours you will complete a full barre. You will then progress to the centre and on to Allegro.
Ballet tones and lengthens muscles and aids posture.
Dance City offers high quality, fun classes with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, without the pressure of exams.
Who is it for?
Adults of all ages, with a more advanced understanding of the ballet technique.
What should I wear?
Something you can move comfortably in. Ballet shoes are recommended but not necessary, socks are fine.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and some water.
