Join Michelle, AAA’s knowledgeable volunteer tour leader, on a 90-minute walking tour. Highlights include the Mortuary Railway Station and garden, a piece of Sydney’s hidden history, Spice Alley, White Rabbit Gallery, Phoenix the performing arts theatre and Indigo Slam, an amazing residential project by Smart Design.
You will see and hear about Architect Jean Nouvel’s Central Park Complex which is a 5 star green rated building. Along with this building, there is a wonderful piece of urban design for you to explore.
You will also visit the Old Clare Hotel which was designed by architect Sidney Warden in 1939 who was a hot property after designing the nearby Broadway Hotel; it was named after the owner’s birthplace in County Clare, Ireland.
