Eight-week afterschool class for grades 5–8 to learn Python basics and build projects like Tic-Tac-Toe and Hangman.
ONE REGISTRATION IS GOOD FOR ALL EIGHT SESSIONS
For grades 5-8
Learn the fundamentals of Python in this class! You will learn various concepts such as print statements, comments, if-statements, loops, functions, lists and so much more. Additionally, we will make and go through fun projects such as Tic-Tac-Toe, Hangman, Guess-the-Number and more! There are no prerequisites!
Please bring the following:
• A personal email for the student. This should NOT be your school email address
• A personal laptop that runs Windows 10, Windows 11 or MacOS. Home Chromebooks OR School issued devices are not allowed .
• A can do attitude for programming!
This class is run by Adhithya Yuvaraj and will run on Mondays from 6:15pm-7:30pm for 8 weeks beginning September 28th.
The class dates are: 9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, & 11/16
